Those of your that may not be aware, the World Kayak & Canoe Championships
are being held in Dartmouth NS between Aug 20-24th.  To this event, Hungary
is sending the largest delegation (approx 50 athletes+VIP's) who are
scheduled to arrive around August 13th.   In order to help rationalize some
recently tabled issues relating to the specific needs of providing
communication to/from the Hungarian Delegation, I would greatly appreciate
receiving an idea of your interest level in the following areas within a
week.  Please send messages to the address below with a subject title Canoe
97HL:

-  sending wishes/messages to individuals/team at large/VIP's during their
stay via Email or Fax?
-  acquiring an athlete roster
-  results updates & frequency
