Dear Sir,
I would like to introduce you to a new journal for Hungarians in England
with an estimated readership of 15,000.
The National Federation of Hungarians in England was founded in June 1992,
under the patronage of the Hungarian Ambassador, in order to group together
the 14 or so individual existing Anglo-Hungarian organisations and
associations. It serves the interests of all Hungarians, and respect
traditions and universally recognised human rights. Furthermore it has already
produced two quarterly journals, Angliai Magyar Tukor, in Hungarian
in A5 size with 32 pages, which is widely read not only in England,
but also in Hungary.
I am confident that you will find advertising in this prestigious journal very
advantageous for your business, so may I invite you to take space in the
forthcoming issue to be published in June.
The Rates for advertising for the first year from June 1995 are as follows:

GBP 150 per issue for the full back page (Four issues at GBP 600
reduced to GBP 500 if paid for with first issue)
GBP 100 per issue for other full pages (Four issues at GBP 400
reduced to GBP 335 if paid for with first issue)
GBP 50 per issue for half a page (Four issues at GBP 200
reduced to GBP 170 if paid for with first issue)
GBP 25 per issue for a quarter page (Four issues at GBP 100
reduced to GBP 85 if paid for with first issue)
At these attractive rates, I am sure you will wish to discuss the matter with
me further (in English) when I would also be happy to send you a copy of a
recent journal if you wish.
Advertising can be placed in English or Hungarian, and we would request
your camera-ready artwork by 15 May.
Translations and artwork could be prepared at a small extra charge.
Our invoices are payable on receipt of the first journal
with your advertisement.
You may also care to consider sponsoring a whole edition of the journal
which could have a special emphasis on your organisation.
I would be happy to discuss this further with you.
I am confident you will greatly benefit from advertising in
Angliai Magyar Tukor, and I hope I may look forward to hearing from you.
Malcolm Rudland
Advertising Manager

Is there anyone in this group who is aware of any daily, or at least
weekly English language Hungarian News Services or Bulletin Boards to which
an individual may subscribe on the internet.

If you send an email to , subject and body of email irrelevant
you will receive a 600 line info on a bunch of hungarian programs. I think
the one you might be interested is called KEP (hungarian for the word "image"
or "picture") Everything is free, the help file contains all the info you
need.

good luck
