Hundred Thousand US Dollars) worth of purchase from South Africa. This amount =
was transferred the same week Laurent Kabila died through Diplomatic Channel =
direct to South Africa.
It is really only I that have the complete details of this transfer and all =
the documents thereon; and since his death, I have been on the run because of =
my involvement with the Administration. Now that I have been smuggled into =
Spain successfully, I have decided to keep this money for personal use as I =
await the verdict of the appeal filed by my Lawyer to the Department of =
Home Affairs for refugee status which was also the reason that I requested to =
be smuggled out of South Africa.
And the South African Monetary Policy is not favourable either especially =
for people with my kind of status-Non permanent Residence Status and my =
active involvement in that administration at the time. In addition, the =
political climate at the moment in South Africa is quite sensitive and the =
Economy, very Unstable. This highly limits the chances of investors.
Taking a good look at business opportunities in your Country, the chances of =
break-through are much more pronounced because of the healthy business =
environment. I therefore request that you help with transfer of this fund(s) =
into either your private or business account for subsequent investment in =
your Country.
